Crescent Rolls
Fresh chopped spinach
Finely shredded mozzarella
Feta crumbles
Garlic salt
Crushed red pepper
Beaten egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix spinach with cheeses, salt, and red pepper. Roll up a heaping pile inside each crescent roll. Brush tops with beaten egg white. Bake 15 minutes.

I always forget to brush the tops with egg white, and they turn out just fine!
