1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
BBQ sauce
shredded cooked chicken breast or thighs
shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
sliced onions (optional)
Italian seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º
Grease cookie sheet
Roll pizza dough out, press dough to sides of sheet
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning
Bake dough for 5 minutes
Remove dough from oven and spread with desired amount of BBQ sauce
Top sauce with shredded cheese
Mix shredded chicken and sliced onions (optional) with BBQ sauce to flavor
Top cheese with flavored chicken and onions
Sprinkle entire top with Italian seasonings

Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted
Broil for approx 2 minutes to brown
