18 quail eggs
1 medium onion - finely chopped
½ cup pepper jack cheese - shredded
⅓ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp saseme toasted seed optional
⅓ tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sea salt, chili powder, and saseme seeds in small mixing bowl and mix well.
Put chopped onions into a oiled frying pan stirring until translucent on high heat.
Give the mixing bowl another quick stir, turn heat to medium.
Poor egg mixture over onions fry for 2 minutes then add cheese, turn stove off, let sit until cheese melts.
Plate and serve.
