12 hard boiled quail eggs
2 cloves garlic - minced
2 thin sliced ginger - minced
1 small onion - fine chopped
6 slices pickled jalapeno peppers - finely chopped note: Any pickled jalapeno peppers from the store will do.
⅓ tsp papririca
½ tsp jalipino pickle juice
⅓ tsp sea salt
½ tsp mustard
2 tsp miracle whip

Directions:
Directions:
Refer to hard boiled quail egg recipe to hard boil quail eggs.
Slice quail eggs in half and remove egg yoke, yellow part, and place in mixing bowl.
Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and mix well.
Carefully spoon mixture into white part of egg..
Arrange on plate, chill and serve.
