1 hog head
1 hen
2 lb. boneless stew beef
1¾ lb. onion
2 lb. potatoes
1 gal. tomatoes
1 can cream corn
Salt to taste (about ½ c)
4 t. red pepper or 5 pods
1 small box black pepper
2 c. vinegar
⅔ c. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat until tender in same pot (if possible). Cook with no alt. Grind cooked meat together. Use ⅔ of stock. Add vegetables to meat mixture and cook until tender. Add 1 can cream corn and salt to taste. Add the following seasonings: red pepper, black pepper, vinegar, worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce. Put in freezer cups and freeze.
