2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
2 t. baking powder
½ t. salt
¼ t. nutmeg
2 eggs
⅔ c. vegetable oil
1 t. vanilla
¾ c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. In a large bowl beat 2 eggs. Stir in oil and vanilla. Blend in sugar. Stir in flour in egg mixture. Drop in by the teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Nuts may be added (optional). Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
