Ingredients: 1lb ground turkey (or beef) 1/2 yellow onion—diced 1/2 bag frozen peas & carrots 2C shredded cheese (of your choosing) 1/4 C of milk 1-10.75 oz can of cream of mushroom soup 1-32 oz bag of tater tots

Directions: |
Directions:Heat oven to 400º (or whatever is stated your bag of tots) Spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray Brown ground turkey on stovetop (drain if you prefer) Add diced onion to meat mixture and cook 2-3 minutes Add frozen veggies to meat mixture and cook another 2-3 minutes In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and shredded cheese Add meat mixture to soup mixture and mix all ingredients Add mixed ingredients to 13x9 baking dish and spread evenly Line the top of the meat mixture with frozen tater tots Place into oven and bake 30-40 minutes until tots are golden and slightly crisp

Notes: This is one of my personal factors favorites since I was a young kiddo! I have tweaked it a bit to add veggies and love how I can incorporate them into such an easy dish. When I was younger, I would sometimes top it off with ketchup, but now I add a little drizzle of ranch to the top before eating. I’m such a sauce person 😁 I hope you all enjoy this as much as we do!
