12 oz. jumbo shells, cooked according to package and drained
2 eggs
2 containers (15 oz. each) ricotta cheese
2 cups (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated and divided
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped or 2 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 jar pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 350º
1. Spread 1 cup pasta sauce on the bottom of 13x9 greased pan.
2. In a medium bowl beat eggs lightly.
3. Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, ¾ cup parmesan, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture into each shell.
5. Arrange shells in baking dish and top each shell with pasta sauce.
6. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
7. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.

Laurie made this for us when they had us over for dinner on Country Squire. After that, it became a favorite family meal. This was also my go to recipe for soccer team dinners.
