3 cups chopped zucchini, peeled
2 carrots, shredded
1 small onion, grated
1 can of cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
2 cups Pepperidge Farm (Herb) Stuffing Mix (can use Stove Top Chicken Stuffing)
⅓ cup butter, melted
½ cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini in water/drain.

Mix stuffing with butter.

Mix everything together (spray casserole dish).

Bake 25 minutes at 350º.
