Slaw:
3-4 green onion, slice
1 cup frozen petite peas, drained
1 package Ramen Oriental noodles
½ cup sunflower seeds (kernels)
1-2 package cashews, sliced
⅛ cup sesame seeds
½ head cabbage (or 1 small package shredded)
1 T butter

Dressing:
¼ cup white wine vinegar
½ cup oil (olive or vegetable)
¼ t pepper
¼ t salt
Oriental seasoning packet

Directions:

Slaw:
Grown sunflower seeds, cashews, and sesame seeds in butter. Set aside
Break up noodles in a separate bowl, set aside.
Combine cabbage, peas, onion, and noodles.

Dressing:
Add Oriental seasoning packet to the vinegar, oil, pepper and salt, mix well.
Add nut mixture to cabbage.
Add dressing slowly to cabbage mixture to get the right texture, not too wet.
