3 to 4 quail depending on size, skin on is preferred
1 big soup pot or a pot that hold quail plus 6 cups of water
6 cups of water
1 tb sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Garlic chive 1 small bunch - finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients (except for garlic chives) to pot ant bring to boil.
Turn down to simmer
Simmer for 5 hours
Serve 1 to 2 quail in bowl and add quail soul over quail.
Garnish with garlic chives
