Grilled Apricot Quail Recipe

3 to 4 quail depending on size of the quail
2 tb raw honey
5 fresh apricots - coarsely chopped
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp ginger powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Course chop apricots, place in sauce pan, bring to boil then reduce to simmer until thickens. Add all ingredients to sauce pan and turn stove off to let cool.
Have grill set to high heat to sear quail, basically 2 minutes per side.
When the whole quail is seared reduce to medium heat and continue to grill for another 7 to 8 minutes all while turning the quail.
Then brush glaze over quail and continue grilling and adding glaze as you turn quail for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Quail is now ready to serve.
