1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
½ c. Crisco
1 egg
4 c. self-rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add Crisco, egg and self-rising flour. Mix well. Put in refrigerator until ready to cook. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Fill tin about ½ full to make nice size roll. Bake in 400º oven. Any remaining dough can be refrigerated for about 1 week. Keep tightly covered.
