3 hot baked potatoes, split lengthwise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/3 cups (2.8 oz.) French’s Crispy Fried Onions, Original
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
1. Scoop out inside of potatoes into a medium bowl leaving a thin shell. Mash potatoes with sour cream and butter until smooth. Stir in 2/3 cup Crispy Fried Onions and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon mixture into shells.
2. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions and paprika. Bake 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
