1 Tbsp. butter
⅔ cup Bisquick baking mix
1½ tsps. paprika
1¼ tsps. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2½-3 lbs. chicken, skin on

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º. Line a 13x9 baking pan with foil for easy cleanup.
2. Heat butter in pan in oven until melted. In a food storage bag, mix all ingredients, Bisquick, paprika, salt, and pepper, shake to mix and blend together. Place chicken in bag, 2 or 3 pieces at a time and shake to coat. Place chicken, skin side down in prepared pan. Bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn chicken over and bake until done, about 15 minutes more.
