˝ can (14 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
1 lb scallops
1 clove garlic
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chopped garlic clove in olive oil until lightly brown.

Dice tomatoes and add to garlic with ˝ of the tomato juice in the can. Sauté a few minutes.

Add scallops. Cook until tender (a few minutes). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano after adding scallops.
