1-2 sticks butter
1 loaf dried bread slices cut into cubes
3-4 eggs
sage
1 stalk celery (stalk vs ribs)
4 large onions (diced)
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté celery and onions in 1 stick butter
Beat eggs and add some milk,
Add to celery and onions
Add bread to mixture
Add milk to make everything moist
Add sage to taste
Stuff into bird while still warm. This will speed the cooking time of the turkey.

Mom's recipe was to feed over 25 people. I adjusted down and it still allows for leftovers with our crew of 12!
