5 lbs peeled potatoes (9 large)
3 8oz packages cream cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender and drain. Mash until smooth.

2. Add cream cheese, sour cream onion salt, salt, pepper and butter and beat until light and fluffy.

3. Let cool. Cover and place refrigerator.

4. To prepare for serving, place desired amount in greased casserole, dot with butter and bake at 350º until heated through. About 30 minutes.
