¼ c. chopped onion

1 Tbsp. butter

1 c. milk

1- 8oz. cream cheese, cubed

1 c. (jar) of dried beef

3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 c. parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:

Cook onion and margarine

Add mixture to milk and cheese. Blend and heat over low flame

Add rest of ingredients

Serve with melba toast or Triscuits
