Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Kosher salt
Pepper
3 chicken breasts, bone-in and skin on
1 Tbsp. oil
½ cup orange juice concentrate, frozen
4 Tbsps. honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Liberally salt and pepper chicken breast halves.
2. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken, flip once until brown and beginning to crisp, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer to a baking dish. Meanwhile, make the orange glaze. In a small saucepan, heat the orange juice concentrate, honey and salt and pepper, to taste. Over medium heat boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Turn the chicken over and brush each piece with the glaze. Turn chicken, so it is skin side up and transfer to oven. Bake until the internal temperature reaches 160º-170º on an instant-read thermometer, brushing on more glaze halfway through, about 15 minutes or longer. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes on a cutting board. Remove the bone and cut the chicken on the bias. Transfer chicken to a serving plate.
