Ingredients:	Ingredients: First Layer: 1 stick butter 1½ cups flour 1 cup chopped nuts Second Layer: 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese 1½ cups sifted powdered sugar 1 cup Cool Whip Third Layer: 3 small (or 1 large) pkg chocolate instant pudding 4½ cups milk Fourth Layer: Cool Whip

Directions:	Directions: First Layer: Melt butter in pan. Add remaining ingredients & press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Second Layer: Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Blend in whipped topping. Spread on first layer. Third Layer: Prepare pudding with milk. Spread on second layer. Fourth Layer: Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Chill
