1 (14 oz.) pkg Caramels
2 tbsp Butter
3 c. toasted Pecan Halves
Parchment Paper
1 c. Chocolate Morsels
16 oz. Vanilla Coating, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook caramels, butter and 2 tbsp water, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Stir in pecan halves.
Cool for 5 minutes in pan.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
Chill 1 hour or until firm.
Melt chocolate morsels and candy coating until smooth.
Dip caramel candies into chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off.
Place on parchment paper.
Let stand 20 minutes or until firm.
