4 chicken boneless chicken breasts
1 1/3. Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sherry
1 egg white
1 tsp cornstarch

2 green peppers
1 clove chopped garlic
Fresh ginger
2 chopped onions
1bTbs soy sauce
1/2 cup peanuts

Cut chicken in cubes, then marinate. Stir fry chicken in sauce. Stir fry peanuts lite. Stir fry green peppers and red pepper in oil. Set aside. Stir fry garlic,ginger, onions. Add soy sauce. Return chicken peppers and peanuts. Then serve.
