1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons vanilla
jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add remaining ingredients, except jelly. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumb into the center of each ball. Fill with jelly. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Cool on wire rack
