2 cups sliced celery
3 qt chicken broth
4 cups cubed cook chicken
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 tsp poultry seasoning
tsp seasoned salt, opt
tsp dried thyme
tsp pepper

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, simmer celery in broth until tender. Stir in all of the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the rice is tender.
