1 head cabbage, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
2 cups onion, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
2 ea green pepper, diced
4-6 clove garlic, minced
8 cup chicken broth
2 can basil, oregano, garlic diced tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp basil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Few shakes black pepper
1 tsp salt (opt)

Heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add celery, onion, green pepper and carrot.
Saute until tender
Stir in garlic
Pour in chicken broth
Stir in tomatoes and cabbage
Cook until cabbage is tender
Stir in oregano, basil, red pepper fakes, black pepper and salt
Taste broth and adjust seasoning, if needed
Serve and enjoy
