1/4 lb Bacon (cut in small chunks)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
1 pt Canned Tomatoes
2 c Kidney Beans
1 c Brown Sugar
Red Pepper for hotter dish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon in small chunks and fry, brown and add 1 medium onion that is chopped and saute until glossy. Then add 1 pt of canned tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Then add 2 cups of kidney beans and let it simmer awhile longer. Then season with 1 cup of brown sugar, salt & pepper. (Red pepper as well for a hotter dish).
