2 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chopped nuts

1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cups (2 medium) apples, peeled and finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine flour, sugar and butter; blend until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
Press 2-3/4 cups of this mixture into ungreased 9 x 13" pan.
To the remaining mixture, add the rest of the ingredients.
Spoon evenly over the base.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
Cut into squares.
