Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp butter, melted

Filling:
24 oz cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp almond extract

Topping:
1-1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sugar (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Crust:
Mix together and press into pan.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese until softened. Add sugar, then eggs. Add salt and extract. Beat until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool for 20 minutes.

Topping:
Pour over filling. Bake for 10 minutes more.
