2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ tsp. salt
1 ½ c. sugar

Oil???

Frosting:
½ c. butter
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 package powder sugar **** one box???
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Set aside.

In large mixing bowl combine oil and sugar and mix well. Add 4 eggs one at a time and beat well. Slowly add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Add 2 cups finely grated carrots.

Pour into three greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.


Frosting:
Mix butter and cream cheese and beat until light and well combined. Add vanilla. Gradually add powder sugar. Fold in nuts.
