8 Peaches peeled, cored, and sliced
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. White Sugar
1 t. Lemon Juice
2 T. Cornstarch
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/4 t. Nutmeg

Topping
1 1/2 c. Flour
1/3 c. Brown Sugar
1/3 c. White Sugar
1 1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
1/2 c. Butter
2/3 c. Boiling Water

Additional Topping
4 t. White Sugar
1 1/2 t. Cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425º. Sprinkle peaches with sugars, lemon juice, cornstarch, and spices. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix other ingredients. Top the peaches, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake 30 minutes at 350º.
