Olive Oil
Tomato Sauce
Grated Mozzarella
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and sauté eggplant in olive oil. Coat bottom of baking dish with tomato sauce and arrange eggplant on top of sauce. Top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.
