1 cup brown sugar
6T chili powder
30 slices bacon
60 thin breadsticks (grissini)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the brown sugar and chili powder and spread on a cookie sheet. Cut the bacon lengthwise to make 60 long strips. Dip one side of the bacon into the sugar/chili powder mixture and wrap around breadstick, coated side against breadstick.

Arrange breadsticks on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Loosen breadsticks with a spatula and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
