2 T olive oil
15 oz canned chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
3 T tahini (heaping tablespoons)
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, quartered
1 t salt (more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the chickpeas, saving the liquid. Combine all above ingredients in a blender or a food processor and combine until well blended. Scrape down the sides as needed. Gradually add in some of the reserved chickpea liquid to thin as desired. Refrigerate (covered) until ready to serve
