½ pkg (80z) Creamette© thin spaghetti; uncooked
1 lb smoked sausage, cut in ¼ inch slices
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
½ cup onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 cups (about 26 oz jar) pasta sauce
1 jar (4½ oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir sausage, bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender. Stir in pasta sauce and mushrooms. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir pasta into sauce, heat through. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired.
