Ingredients:  
6 oz lox - cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs - beat with a fork
1 sm onion - chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a skillet, add onions and cook til the edges just start to turn brown. Add in lox and cook until the lox turns to a lighter color. At this point you might need to add 2 more tablespoons of butter. Add the beaten eggs and mix like you are making an egg scramble. Cook until the eggs are just done. Remove from heat, add toasted bagel or your choice of toast and enjoy.
