2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, unbeaten
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups apples, sliced
prepared unbaked 11" pie crust

1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Pie: Sift together flour, salt and sugar. Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg. Beat until smooth, thin batter and then add in apples. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes and then 350F for 30 minutes. Remove and top with topping ingredients (mix together first: 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 cup butter) and brown for 10 minutes at 400F.
