2 onions, peeled & quartered
1 whole pork butt (pork shoulder roast)
salt & pepper
11 oz can chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 cans Dr. Pepper
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place onions in bottom of crock pot.
Season the pork with salt & pepper.
Place on top of onions.
Spread chipotle peppers on top of the pork.
In separate bowl, combine brown sugar and Dr. Pepper and pour over meat.

Cook for 8-10 hours on low. Serve on burger buns.
