1 cup honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
16 ounces walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the honey and lemon juice to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the nuts and keep stirring until the mixture is thick and rich brown in color. Be careful not to let it burn.

Pour the mixture onto a silpat or a parchment lined baking sheet. With the back of a wooden spoon dipped in cold water, smooth the nuts to a thickness of ¼-inch. Let cool until hard. Break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container.
