Candied Pecans Recipe

1/2 C granulated Sugar
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1 tea Sp Cinnamon
1 tea Sp Salt
1/8 Tea Cayenne
4 C Unsalted Pecans
1 Egg
1/2 Tea Vanilla

Preheat Oven to 300

In large bowl add together Sugars, cinnamon, salt, cayenne.
in separate bowl , whisk egg white add pecans and toss till coated with egg whites.
add to sugar mixture. Toss until combine.
Spread out on parchment (on cookie sheet) paper single layer. Bake 20 min toss them bake 20 min more.
Remove from oven let cool on coolling rack room temp.
