2 Small Jars Marinated Artichokes (drained and chopped)
½ Monteray Jack Cheese Grated
1 Meduim Onion Chopped
1 Clove Garlic Minsed
¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
4 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve oil from 1 jar artichokes for use in sauting onion and garlic.
Beat eggs
Mix all ingredients in with eggs
Pour in greased 8 x 8 greased pan
Bake 325 30 to 40 min
Cool (cut in small squares)
Serve hot or cold
