1 lb. Ground Chorizo cooked
1 lb. Pulled Pork
4 4oz. cans whole green chilies
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/4 cup flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
4 T Garlic Chili sauce

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. In a 9 x 13 baking dish, place half the green chilies. Next layer the Chorizo and half the cheese.
3. Layer the rest of the green chilies and pulled pork.
4. In a large mixing bowl mix together eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic chili sauce.
5. Pour over the meat and chilies. Top with the remaining cheese and bake for about 45 minutes to an hour, or until golden brown.
