1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (or Chicken soup)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 soup can milk
¾ c uncooked rice
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stem pieces
2 chicken breasts split in half or other chicken parts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat 350º
Mix soup and milk (reserve ½ c of the mixture)
Mix remaining soup mix with rice mushroom stems (include liquid) and ½ of the onion soup mix.
Pour into oblong baking dish.
Place chicken on top.
Pour reserved soup mix on top and sprinkle with remaining onion soup over that.
Cover and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 min. longer.
