6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
7 oz can of tuna, drained
1 cup grated American (or your choice) cheese
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup evaporated milk
1 can mushrooms, stems and pieces

Directions:
Directions:
1, Grease casserole dish.
2. Layer half of the potatoes in dish. top with half the cheese.
3. Layer the rest of the potatoes in the dish.
4. Mix together the soup and milk. Pour over top.
5. Cover and bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.
6. Remove cover and top with the other half of the cheese and the mushrooms. Return to oven and
bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
