½ cup milk
½ cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
⅔ cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Fudge
1 lb. powdered sugar
⅓ cup instant dry milk
¼ cup butter or margarine
⅓ cup peanut butter
½ cup white corn syrup
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cookies - Heat milk sugar and margarine to boiling and boil for one minute. Mix into hot mixture the peanut butter, cocoa, oatmeal and vanilla and remove from heat. Stir until it just begins to cool. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely.

Fudge - Mix powdered sugar and dry milk together and set aside. Melt butter, peanut butter, corn syrup, water and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and spread into a butter 8x8 pan. Chill and cut into squares.
