16 oz box rigatoni or mostaccioli pasta, cooked and drained
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
2 jars spaghetti sauce, your choice or equivalent homemade
Green pepper, chopped
1 lb colby cheese, sliced thin or grated (or more as desired)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef, add green peppers and saute until partly cooked. Use whatever amount
you prefer. Then stir beef and peppers into spaghetti sauce and heat through.
2. In buttered baking dish layer the cooked pasta, then sauce, then cheese, ending with a layer of cheese.
Do at least 2 layers.
3. Cover and bake at 350º at least an hour. It should be hot and bubbling around the edges. Remove
cover from pan for last 15 minutes or so to brown the top.
