3 Tbs. All Purpose Flour
3 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt (optional)
3 Tbs. Milk
3 Tbs. Vegtable Oil
Splash of Vanilla Extract (optional)
3 Tbs. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Put the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt (if using) in a 12 oz microwave safe ceramic Mug.
Blend it thoroughly with a fork.
Add milk, vegetable oil and vanilla (if using)
blend until smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chips.

Microwave on high for 90 seconds
Do not overlook or the cake will be dry.
Let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes before eating.
