Muffin:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon salt
⅔ cup white sugar
2 cups chopped fresh or patted dry canned peaches
whole milk
1 egg
cup vegetable oil

Streusel topping:
cup of all purpose flour
cup white sugar
1 pinch cinnamon
3 tablespoons cold butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350 and prepare 12 muffin cups
2) Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar to a large bowl and whisk together to combine
3) All almost all of the peaches (reserve about cup) to the mixture and stir to coat
4) Add the milk, egg and oil and stir together with a rubber spatula
5) Pour into the muffin tins (1/2 full)
6) Prepare the streusel by combining the flour, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add the cold butter and break it with your fingers until it looks crumbly
7) Top the muffins with the remaining peaches and a spoonful of the streusel topping.
8) Bake for around 20 min or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the muffins comes clean

Dany couldn't stop raving about this recipe! She used about 4 fresh peaches but you can also used canned peaches as long as you pat them dry. Also, Dany grated the butter to help make the streusel quicker.
