8 small flour tortillas, 6" round
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 quart vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar, egg, flour and vanilla. Heat oil to 350º in a deep sauce pot. Take 1/8 of mixture and place in middle of tortilla. Using your finger set the edges of tortilla with water. Good edges in and then roll tortilla. Place tortilla seem side done on a plate while you make the rest. Fry each tortilla separately on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. You can roll warm tortillas in cinnamon sugar or sprinkle with some powdered sugar.
