Fresh Tomatoes - peeled and quartered [any style or size]
Garlic
Onions
Peppers - all colors
Spices - Italian, pepper, etc
A little butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add tomatoes and butter to a pot - size depends on the amount of tomatoes of course
Bring to a boil over medium heat
Add rest of the ingredients and spices
Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes
Reduce heat to low and let stew for 15-20 minutes
Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes
Serve hot or cold
